No. Ellie reviews each request first. You will receive an email and see the confirmed time in your account once it is approved.
Can I book the same walk every week?
Yes. Choose a repeating weekly request and Ellie can approve the full series or suggest adjustments.
Can I pay online or directly?
Yes. Ellie can offer Stripe card payment, direct payment, or both—and change those options from the admin settings.
Where do I see visit photos?
Visit reports and their photos are private. They appear only inside the customer account connected to that pet.
